Errol is a hardworking leader who loves to work with people to deliver great results. He is also a great coach who loves to develop individuals to maximize their potential and bring out their best, which ultimately delivers the best for what ever challenge or endevor he takes on.
Co-Owner - Michelle Byles
Michelle, and husband Errol are cofounders and owners of Jamaica Gates. Michelle is also Women’s Apparel Account Executive at Nike Inc.
Executive Chef - Barbara Renfro
Barbara has always believed that food is more than just a meal—it’s a way to bring people together. Growing up in Jamaica, she spent countless hours in the kitchen, learning recipes that had been passed down through generations. Cooking was never just a skill for her; it was a passion. That passion is what led to the creation of Jamaica Gates Caribbean Cuisine in Arlington, TX.
